Tourism Saskatchewan’s Leadership Training is a flexible, practical program designed for emerging leaders, supervisors, team leads, and high-potential employees who are ready to grow their leadership skills.
Delivered in-person or virtually, the training is built around short leadership modules that can be combined to create a workshop that fits your team’s needs, schedule, and priorities.
This training focuses on leadership situations that happen every day in tourism and hospitality settings, including supporting staff, communicating clearly, managing conflict, leading through change, and creating stronger team dynamics. Each module includes discussion, workplace examples, and activities that help participants apply what they learn right away.
The Leadership Training program includes required foundation modules and optional add-on modules, allowing each workshop to be customized to the needs of the business or organization.
