Tourism Work Ready helps employers connect with job seekers who are building the skills, confidence, and credentials needed for frontline roles in Saskatchewan’s tourism and hospitality industry. Participants complete workplace readiness training and occupation-specific learning before connecting with employers through supportive, low-pressure opportunities such as Tourism Work Ready Connection Events.

What are Tourism Work Ready Connection Events?
Tourism Work Ready Connection Events bring employers and program participants together in an informal setting. These events are designed to help participants practise networking, learn about local employment opportunities, and make meaningful connections with employers who are looking to grow their workforce.
Employers may be invited to share information about their organization, speak with participants about available roles, answer questions about the industry, and identify potential candidates for current or future opportunities.
