Build skills for tourism and hospitality employment
- Develop workplace skills that support success in training and employment.
- Identify your strengths, skills, interests and values.
- Gain a better understanding of training and career opportunities in the tourism and hospitality industry.
- Complete training that may be funded for eligible participants through the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training.
Who can participate?
Participants must meet the following requirements for funding:
- Be unemployed and seeking employment in the tourism and hospitality industry.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Have the English reading comprehension needed to complete online training and exams.
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Be ready, able, and willing to attend training and write exams.
- Follow through on an employment action plan.
Register with ICT Career Services to obtain a valid ICT Client ID Number and consent.
